oh boy. cortisol. my weight is creeping up because of it + food...

130.2 today. up 2.2 lb from two days ago. average calorie intake over the past two days is ~1800 (ignore my public trackers). much better than the weekend (let's just say well over 2000). I can't expect the scale to go down if I'm not making a deficit, but I hate to see it go UP right now!!!

just need to stay focused on fluids and remember that oats make my tummy (and head) hurt. I need to learn to just make rice and keep a bit on hand. I also love drinking rice water, is anyone else into that????

okay. lesson learned. make rice, even though it takes time. it's not time you're in front of the stove.

AND DRINK MORE WATER!!!!

    I am up 2 pounds too. I think it is from food.

Stress will definitely affect you. Take steps to de-stress. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I've never tried rice water. What's that like? I might just have to try it and see!

    Just stay on your plan. I'm6 days after Chicago fajitas and I'm almost back to where I was a week ago. It takes time when a food event takes us off our plan. I didn't go over my calorie budget with the fajitas but it put 3 lbs back on and I'm back to within 1 of those. So just hang ing there. It will come back off if you stick with your plan.
