oh boy. cortisol. my weight is creeping up because of it + food...
130.2 today. up 2.2 lb from two days ago. average calorie intake over the past two days is ~1800 (ignore my public trackers). much better than the weekend (let's just say well over 2000). I can't expect the scale to go down if I'm not making a deficit, but I hate to see it go UP right now!!!
just need to stay focused on fluids and remember that oats make my tummy (and head) hurt. I need to learn to just make rice and keep a bit on hand. I also love drinking rice water, is anyone else into that????
okay. lesson learned. make rice, even though it takes time. it's not time you're in front of the stove.
AND DRINK MORE WATER!!!!
