I was out of bed at 7:30am to exercise this morning. That might not sound like any great feat, but believe me, I'm NOT a morning person - I work till about 10pm every night, so I tend to like sleeping in as late as possible. DH has decided he wants to exercise before going to work and convinced me to try it out. I feel great. Admittedly I only did 15 minutes on my static bike, but that was 15 minutes more than what I did yesterday (or the day before for that matter).
So, that's the new plan. I've noticed that I'm far too full of excuses to exercise in the afternoon / night, so I need to MAKE AN EFFORT. Apparently losing weight takes effort (go figure!)
Get up 1/2 an hour earlier every day to exercise BEFORE breakfast.
Blog here EVERY day - even if it's only a couple of lines.
128,1kg on bathroom scale (got to start weighing in on the fancy one again - calculates body fat, muscle, water, etc, etc)
EXERCISE = 15 minutes on bike
Ouch! That double chin and those jowls have to go!!!
