I still am so happy when I get to work out. It feels just amazing, especially after so long without! I have two coworkers who go to the same gym I do and it is fun to have company as well.
We iced over this week so I missed a few days... then this weekend I hit it hard again. I am hitting 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes on the weights.... primarily doing lower body one day and alternating with upper body. I am really starting to feel that burn of muscles when you push them just a bit further then you think you can. I love that.....
Eating well. Again I refuse to diet. REFUSE. But I eat whole foods, healthy foods and as much as I need. I did hit fast food twice last week which is terrible and unlike me but I don't make that a habit at all. My 16 ounce water cup is refilled at least 4-5 times per day at work, I think I am a fish lol!
However, I can't seem to enter much into the tracker. I have entered yesterday and todays food twice and it disappears. I don't mind as much simply because I am not dieting, but for the sake of consistency I would like to have it be there!!! Maybe its our funky internet from the cold and ice?
I do however find the fitness information confusing... do cardio, not too much cardio...run.... don't run.... weights alternating days.... do full body... ARGH!!!!!! What's a girl to do?
