Gahh one final down. I get too stressed about finals. That one was much easier than I thought it'd be; the second one is going to be a doozy, though!
stress ate this afternoon (ate hempseed and egg whites this morning for breakfast with cinnamon):
big salad with vinegar and black pepper
celery, onion, garlic, sage, thyme "stuffing"
1 serving quick oats
1 can garbanzo beans made into hummus with pepper, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes
1 heart celery
1 cup almond milk
tried to stay vegan today - I've grown accustomed to eating meat, and I really don't like relying on it. It was tough! the oats really pushed me over the edge.
I should've packed a nutritious lunch to hold me over; no wonder I overate! 2250 calories for the day. activity was walking 5.3 miles.
back to work. I'm stuffed!
