Week Six

I am feeling great about the changes I'm making. Down four pounds this week! It's getting easier to get on the exercise bike and put in 30, 40, 50 minutes or more. I am actually starting to feel lighter on my feet... I'm enjoying trying new foods - finding whole grain replacements for the things I used to eat.
