So...I fell off of the bandwagon on this whole thing. (BTW This is the second time I'm typing this, the last one got eaten.)

I would say no excuses but there's always a ton. I worked tons and tons of overtime. That and I really need to figure out how to manage my life during November, NaNoWriMo is a bit of a time suck for me.

I've started my new eating plan today. I'm going closer to the paleo than several of the other diets. Which for me means more veggies, my fruits, and less grains. For me not because I shouldn't have them but because I have a tendency to over eat on them. Dairy is pretty much a non-issue since I hardly ever touch the stuff. (Lactose is not my friend, it wages war on my digestive system.)

And more workouts. I need to find my way to the gym again. :S

One of the reason I'm working on this is because my bff is getting married in April. So I want to drop a couple of pounds before then. I think it will make me feel a bit better about myself. And if not, then I'll look a little better in the dress.
