Non Scale Victories for the Fall 5% Challenge of 2013
This challenge got me re-focused on Spark
I made new and wonderful friends on the CAT Team
Instead of gaining during Thanksgiving and Christmas season, I am in-the-zone to maintain and also to even drop 2 pounds before Christmas day
I "upped" my Fitbit step goal from 4,000 steps to 8,000 steps and discovered that with a 30-40 minute walk, along with my day to day steps, I can reach that goal almost daily!
I found 3 strength training exercises that I can commit to 3 times a week so that I gain more muscle.
I am thrilled about the new Start Page on Spark because you can set personal goals and read them daily to keep your focus.
During this challenge I stepped out in faith and determination and made a long-term goal: As I stay within my calorie range on Spark and exercise 5 days a week, I can lose 3 pounds per month in which I will be in "One-derland"¨ by my 24th wedding anniversary in July 2014!
