Fat lasts longer than flavor. Found this on pinterest last night and i definitely got my mind motivated to eat healthier. I am in a workout slump right now due to an injury, I can't go super hard on the cardio and I can only strength train my legs. SO minimal workout effort + a bad diet = hello love handles. (PS I don't love you).
Last night I put my goals up on my bathroom mirror and a vision board/panic mode sheet on my fidge. I eat perfectly throughout the day but then I get home from work and the gym and all hell breaks loose. So today, I stuck to my food goals (calories, protein, fat, carbs, everything) and got my fitness goals in (a mini AM workout, walking during lunch, and a real workout after work) YAY! I feel motivated and will keep this up :)
150 lbs by Jan 13!!!! Reward = nails done!!
