It's windy!

**Thank you to everyone who commented on my last blog. I appreciate it. :)

It is so windy and cold today. I don't mind the weather though. I just feel lucky to not be stuck in an ice storm. Hope all of you who are not as lucky are staying warm and toasty! Be careful out there! emoticon

The tree is up but not decorated yet. We didn't get a real tree this year. I love the real trees but I am allergic to them. Fake trees can be just as nice too so it's not really a bummer. emoticon

It has been a struggle for me to lose weight and maintain any weight lost this season. It's not really the temptations that are sitting around. It is just easy to get discouraged when your weight loss goes at an extremely slow speed. It took me 6 months to lose 15-20 lbs and I struggle to maintain it. Thyroid meds may need adjusted.

I sure will keep trying though! Just need something to spark my motivation again! emoticon

    Keep up the good work. Just think you could have gained those 15 to 20 pounds but instead you lost them. Congratulations! emoticon

    Believe me ..... I understand the 'slow loss' ...... I even worked out TWICE last week in one day, and the following day my weight was the SAME!! emoticon And I refrained from eating my air-popped popcorn and went w/out snacks in the eve. emoticon What's UP with that?? .......... All I can say, is keep going any way ........ You are not alone ....... maybe we can figure it all out and change it around .......... emoticon again for reading my "Kindness is Contagious blog" ......... I really appreciate you .......... emoticon

    You CAN continue to make good healthy choices. One choice at a time... Rather like the 10 mile walk is accomplished one step at a time. YOU are WORTH your making healthy CHOICES... Go for it.
