I've been on SparkPeople for over 6 years. I can't remember how many times I've started over.
Sure, I'm a little wiser each time, but it's starting over nonetheless. What wears me down is when my challenges are the same.
Lack of exercise
Too little sleep (from staying up too late)
Sometimes I try tackling one at a time. Sometimes I try them all. This time I'll try them all.
I'm going to keep Dr. Pepper out if the house, go to bed with the baby and try for 30 minutes of cardio each day. That should make a big difference in how I feel, laying the groundwork for bigger changes.
My birthday is in six months. Every year I set a goal to be at a healthy weight by my birthday. This time I will do it.
