I found my old report on Spark People from my 2010 weight loss!
It's awesome to see it on a graph.
I weighed in at 213 pounds on 01/01/10 and my last tracked weigh in was 159 pounds on 5/25/10 but I continued to lose another 5 pounds the next month before I basically gave up and started regaining.
Not this time! This time is for good... and I'm going for 140 pounds! Which is 9 pounds less than the high end of healthy weight for my height. I'm 5"5'.
Healthy for me is between 110-149 pounds. Once I hit 179 pounds I will be in the overweight category and out of the obesity category!
I made a time frame schedule for each weight goal and I already completed the first one!!!
15 pounds down (211 pounds) by Christmas: DONE! 12/9/13
30 pounds down (196 pounds) by Valentine's Day:
45 pounds down (181 pounds) by Easter:
60 pounds down (166 pounds) by Father's Day:
70 pounds down (156 pounds) by July 15th Vegas Trip:
86 pounds down (140 pounds) by Labor Day:
I'm here to lose this weight and be healthy..
I'm not trying, I'm doing!
