I was so shocked when I checked my e-mail and saw all the comments left by my community. emoticon
Thanks to all for your words of encouragement. You are all right, tracking everything seems to be the key. I know your not supposed to, but I weigh myself constantly...several times throughout the day, and its amazing how much your weight changes through the day. as much as 3 pounds!!!! emoticon
Fortunately I haven't had to kick the scale lately emoticon

    That's a lot of weighing! I limit myself to once a day, first thing in the morning. I think I'd freak out if I saw those 3-pound fluctuations.
