#Sparktheseason- Days 8-9

Day 8 (Sunday)- I spent the day at work and, while I made efforts to take more steps, I didn't set aside 10 minutes to exercise. I've started taking 100 steps when I wait for the water to warm up, and another 100 steps before I jump into bed at night.

Day 9 (Monday)- I'm still at work, but I plan to edit this later with what I did to move! On a related note, I joined the Spark People Walking challenge and have walked almost 50,000 steps already this month!!
