I did everything I wanted to do except sleep.
TV off at 8:00 - yes
dim lights at 8:30 - yes
computer off at 9 - yes
linghts out at ten - yes
8 hours of sleep - no - woke at 3:30 and could not get back to sleep.
BUT my goal is to set up a new habit of going to bed at 10, so I was successful in that. I do not want to nap today so that hopefully tonight will be a full night's sleep.
I am counting last night as a win, because I followed my action plan.
