I had a really good weekend. I reached 40 pounds down with WW on Saturday. I rewarded myself with a new shirt.
Sunday I walked around West Edmonton Mall for over 2 hours. I was so tired, in fact I am still a little worn out today. I got myself some warm gloves and some tea. Also found a couple of Christmas presents.
Stage 2: Healthy Diet Habits
3. Exercise Consistently
- Do 2 more cardio exercises this week than you normally do
- Stretch everyday for 10-15 min
- Use the Fitness Tracker everyday this week
To start off with I actually did workouts on Saturday and Sunday. Now I just need to get moving everyday this week (even if it is just walking).
On my BLC Wii game the last 10min or so is all stretching, but I can make sure that it is actually 10min by adding stretches.
I already use the Fitness Tracker everyday when I synch up my Activity Tracker (which I am loving).
