Yesss I have those days and they feel great! Even when I have a meh workout at least I feel like I did something. emoticon

Eating my carbs before working out usually gives me a little spark. It also help when I do some of my weights before I do my cardio workout...When I go straight to cardio I'm usually too tired to lift
