This Week's Goals

I've noticed that a lot of you have been posting blog entries with your goals lately and I like that idea a lot. I figured I'd do the same.

Goals for 12/9-12/15
-do all three of my scheduled runs
-eat whole foods for at least 80% of my intake
-do at least one upper body ST workout
-do at least one lower body ST workout
-write in journal at least twice
-hang up art in sewing room and move vanity into bedroom
-cook dinner every night this week

    I think short term goals like this are great for keeping us on track during the busy holiday season. Good luck with all your goals this week, i know you can do it :)

I think it is getting to be that time of year when we need accountable goals to keep us incheck through these delicious holidays.
