So Im down almost 3 pounds since Friday. I was not hungry all weekend and actually had to force myself to eat....thats a switch. Im sticking to the low carb thing. Yesterday I went over cuz I had to treat a low blood sugar. I still came in at only 66 carbs though. Thats only 16 more than my goal. I cleaned the house yesterday and counted that as my exercise. So today I think I will jump on the Gazelle and do that for a while. Just so sick of struggling with my weight!!!! On the bright side, it is December and we have lots of snow outside which is beautiful. emoticon

    @ WANABHOT2, I am diabetic so have to do the low carb thing for life. Im finding I really dont miss the carbs....although its only been a few days. ;) My downfall will be missing potato chips....but gonna try the kale chips so we will see.

  Be careful...I've done the low carb thing - and it's true...once you go back to normal eating you gain 2 X what is lost! Moderation and lots of water and Patience is what I'm going for this time around! Good luck :o)
