Today's Elf for Health Challenge is to complete a circuit workout. These are the most fun type of workout for me. I love circuits for many reasons.
* Go hard for a short amount of time.
*Something different every time you do them!
*You can get a full body workout in a short amount of time.
*Perfect for me because I get bored very easily:)
*This is how I teach my fitness classes and most seem to enjoy them!
15 minute spin to warm up
Cable cross machine
Double crunch machine
Smith machine back squats
