Circuit workout

Today's Elf for Health Challenge is to complete a circuit workout. These are the most fun type of workout for me. I love circuits for many reasons.
* Go hard for a short amount of time.
*Something different every time you do them!
*You can get a full body workout in a short amount of time.
*Perfect for me because I get bored very easily:)
*This is how I teach my fitness classes and most seem to enjoy them!

15 minute spin to warm up
Cable cross machine
Captain's chair
Double crunch machine
Smith machine back squats
Bench press

25 each
jumping jacks
sit ups

    emoticon The Best thing about Curves was their Circuit Workout. I LOVED it!! I have tried creating my own at my New Gym, but it just isn't the same. I will keep trying though. I do Love Circuit Training!
