Yeah! Day 3
Good thing I am working on sleep, I baby sat my grandchildren and never got any exercise, this is the first time in over 3 months for a day without exercise
Stuck to my food plan and stuck to my sleep plan
TV off at 8:30 - yes did it
dim lights at 8:30 - yes did it
Computer off at 9
lights out at 10
I know I loose weight better when I get 8 hours of sleep, but this seems to be my most difficult area now - never thought I would say that going to sleep on time is harder than good eating habits, but after a year of plugging away I am finding it is just becoming a habit to choose good food, to look at nutrition guides before ordering, but sleep still working on that one.
Tonight will be night four and I am going to shut the computer down at 9. TV has already bee off an hour so I am on my way to a fourth day.
