It was supposed to be my lucky year---to return to the fit me. I am going to use Fit as the goal word this week--This is to remind me to exercise.
This single most important goal this week is to either go to the gym or get on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

write daily journal
read my 100 days
sync my fit bit
log my food
log to spark people

    You can do it!!! Your goals look good so I hope you stick with them. Good luck getting the exercise in each day - you'll feel so much better if you do! Keep up the good work!
