I am a new slimmer version of the old me. 100 pounds down. I lost the weight by December 2011. I will be 61 in December. June 13th I ran my first 5K. I am hooked. I now go to the gym 8 times each week. I ran my 8th race Thanksgiving morning. I ran a 10K in September. I love wearing pencil skirts, leggings, and feeling sexy. I love feeling slim and strong. I am hear to testify that older is not too late. Hang in there everyone.
