Thinking about love

Sunday, December 08, 2013

When I am not thinking about all the things I haven't done yet that I need to do, I am thinking about love. I have been listening to "Tuesdays with Morrie" by Mitch Albom. One of the themes and quotes in the book is “Love wins, love always wins.”

Am I being loving enough? Am I choosing kindness most of all? That is, am I mostly choosing to be kind over choosing to pass judgement? I want to be the kind of person that is attractive because I am interesting, kind and engaged in living until I die.

Thanks! I am on the waiting list with the library for that book!

Gosh, lots of heavy thoughts it looks like. I've heard good things about that book, one of these days I'll get around to reading it.

I think the questions you ask are great inquiries for all of us to make, especially in the current political/social climate.

I suspect you will be attractive for the rest of your life - in part simply because you ask that question! Take care and don't forget to treat yourself as lovingly as you do all the rest.

I would just like to say... you are one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. Don't doubt that for a second, lady!
