December Goals

I did very good with my November goals! I am going to add another goal for December:

I am adding Calcium. I need to get more Calcium every day.

Get my fruits & veggies, drinking my water, exercising 6 days a week, taking a few minutes for myself daily, and getting at least 2 cups of milk or yogurt in daily.

The first week of December I did not do very well with most of my goals. It was a busy time at our store and home (the whole month will be busy). I didn't eat lunch 3 out of 5 days last week, which is so unlike me (I don't miss a meal)! I decided I need to think about me and not getting off track.

December isn't an easy month to keep your healthy lifestyle, but we can do it!

    Stay focused, take it a day at a time and you will do it!! We all have those bad times, but you are doing great by sticking with it no matter what bumps you have on the road! Keep going!! emoticon
