I did very good with my November goals! I am going to add another goal for December:
I am adding Calcium. I need to get more Calcium every day.
Get my fruits & veggies, drinking my water, exercising 6 days a week, taking a few minutes for myself daily, and getting at least 2 cups of milk or yogurt in daily.
The first week of December I did not do very well with most of my goals. It was a busy time at our store and home (the whole month will be busy). I didn't eat lunch 3 out of 5 days last week, which is so unlike me (I don't miss a meal)! I decided I need to think about me and not getting off track.
December isn't an easy month to keep your healthy lifestyle, but we can do it!
