I just don't know if I can do this. Losing weight is such an up and down roller coaster ride. I have tried so many times and failed and just don't know where or how to get started. Reading all of the articles and doing so much research I should be able to just get on a roll and lose this weight and be healthier. I don't know what to do where to start. I will get this figured out. I'm sure of it. Feeling Overwhelmed and Hopeful at the same time........

    You can do it!! Start with baby steps. Get yourself a pedometer and start walking. Doesn't matter how much or how little you walk at first. However many steps you walk on the first day..then aim to do more steps the next day. In other words set a goal to beat what you did the day before.

    you CAN do this! just put all the research you've done and apply it. some will work for you and some won't. start with eliminating foods that you know are hindering your weightloss whether it is sugar, fried foods, fast foods, whatever. then, get to moving. i started with leslie sansone's walk away the pounds DVDs. there are a ton of workout videos on here, on youtube, if you have cable, ondemand. walking is free. start off slowly and build your endurance. the physical and nutrition is one thing, you have to mentally be ready and once you are, you will do it. YOU CAN DO IT!
