Lost my first lb with spark people! Not a big number, but I am happy since I am not able to exercise as I would like. The bursitis in my hip is really limiting me. But I am just taking it slow, trying things out. Doing some stretching, slow waking, strength training of my upper body. As long as I keep tracking and move as much as I can I will continue to make progress.
