Lost my first lb with spark people! Not a big number, but I am happy since I am not able to exercise as I would like. The bursitis in my hip is really limiting me. But I am just taking it slow, trying things out. Doing some stretching, slow waking, strength training of my upper body. As long as I keep tracking and move as much as I can I will continue to make progress.

    My knees gives me issues and there are times when I can't do cardio the way that I like so I punch forward with my arms and I dance as much as I can!

    What I try to remember is EVERYTHING LITTLE BIT COUNTS!! Focus on what you CAN DO and not on what you CAN'T.

    Good for you. I totally get it. My back and also getting sick has deterred my progress in the past. Now I know what I can do and they also found out what was making me sick. Took long enough. I hope now I can stick to it, and I hope you tracking helps you.
