Tracking month to month makes it easy to see why my numbers are not going in the right direction.

LOWEST WT: 138; # WORKOUTS: 20; % GOOD EATING DAYS: 87%

Vacations. Holidays. Stuff. That's life. I'm doing better than I did last year. Progress.
I'm working on great plans for 2014. I will be leading a weight loss team at work. Five chicks...the Super Girlz. We are going to each embrace a super hero, make costumes for before and after pics...and bring it hard for 12 weeks. There are big prizes at stake...not to mention a chance for all of us to get healthier!
