Tracking month to month makes it easy to see why my numbers are not going in the right direction.

Number of workouts down, % good eating days down, scale up.

JULY
LOWEST WT: 138; # WORKOUTS: 20; % GOOD EATING DAYS: 87%

AUGUST
LOWEST WT: 138.6; # WORKOUTS: 12; % GOOD EATING DAYS: 65%

SEPTEMBER
LOWEST WT: 139.7; # WORKOUTS: 15; % GOOD EATING DAYS: 70%

OCTOBER
LOWEST WT: 139.1; # WORKOUTS: 19; % GOOD EATING DAYS: 61%

NOVEMBER
LOWEST WT: 142.1; # WORKOUTS: 10; % GOOD EATING DAYS: 50%

Vacations. Holidays. Stuff. That's life. I'm doing better than I did last year. Progress.

I'm working on great plans for 2014. I will be leading a weight loss team at work. Five chicks...the Super Girlz. We are going to each embrace a super hero, make costumes for before and after pics...and bring it hard for 12 weeks. There are big prizes at stake...not to mention a chance for all of us to get healthier!

    I think the Super Hero group sounds fun and healthy. 2014 is the perfect time for a concentrated effort.
I think the important thing is that you are making progress and like you said you are doing better than last year.
