Hi there everybody, short one today.
Weight:
Current weight is 172.8 kg that is 380.9 lbs
Week weight lose is 2.2 kg that is 4.8 lbs
This week was crazy and even crazier one coming up.
So I've decided change things a bit, next week I'll be weighing in every day, but will record it only on a piece of paper. I think I can use a bit of a boost.

Food:
Many I had no time to prepare my food, but still tracked every little thing.
Ate a bit more then usual, even had 1-2 days of 2500 kcal, but for a man of my side this is just slowing process, which I don't really care about...I mean speed:)

Exercise:
Again, had less then usual...I believe that exercising mostly affects speed not direction.
That will be true for at least 50 more kgs for me:)
Decided to start using my spin bike each morning, 20 min...a have a bit of time in the morning.
