Today's Elf for Health Challenge is to create a gratitude list. There are so many things in life I am grateful for:)
* a good job with benefits
* a super cool part time job that I really love
* a wonderful, supportive husband
*two pups who love us no matter what:)
* my family, even though they drive me nuts:)
*celebrating with my family
* a close group of friends
*the ability to work out like a beast
I am also grateful for some "trivial" things:
*summers to relax and for the most part do what I want
*weekends to lounge and watch TV
*my cell phone and laptop
What are some things you are grateful for?
Looking forward to spinning and a circuit in the AM and kickboxing and abs in the PM plus two appointments at the Y!
