I am really surprised that I've lost weight and I only have half a kilo to lose to reach my first goalline.
I was off from work and at home for two week. I was also ill and I made just a few workouts in this 2 weeks. I've eaten pretty much but then my good intentions came back and I added a tomato and ordered healthy take away every day. I was sad that my family haven't noticed the difference but that will come with the time.
But still almost 8 kg off
