Thur, Fri, Sat

Saturday, December 07, 2013

Where did all the days go? Thurs. went out for lunch and had Stuffed pepper for first time and loved them. Then to one of the book club member's homes for tea and desert.... lots of incredible deserts..

Friday.... took MIL and dh to town.... Ate at Subway... Friday Night Knitting Club.... 3 students and 3 knitters, but I had to teach, then I had the 10 y.o. , after I showed her how to cast off, had her teach the next person....

Saturday, - cleaned and cooked and went to a funeral. Never met the lady, but it was at our church and I was asked to bring food, so I stayed - with the other about 200 people - to celebrate her life...

Never had stuffed peppers! My DH does not like peppers so I just don't bother for me. Will put it on my to do list though.

Yes, the time sure does seem to be speeding up... Sounds like you had a busy, busy, busy few days, and MUCH of it seems to be helping others. What a blessing you are, my friend. :)

I'm asking myself what happened to the week. Glad you finally tried stuffed peppers. The stuffing can be put in cabbage, grape leaves, etc. It's easy but a little time consuming.

I love stuffed peppers. I take Jimmy Dean crumble turkey and mix it with browmn rive (you can use Uncle Ben's 90 sec. kind) and salsa. I put it in my slow cooker and it is ready in about 4 hours or so. You can vary the filling too. Blessings on your journey to health. emoticon
