I like the way I cook ...true or false, elaborate
True for the most part. I cook pretty simply using lean proteins, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and such. I roast, bake, steam and microwave...rarely fry an when I do, I use healthy oils. My husband is a reluctant veggie eater and I haven't been eating enough protein in years. So, I'm trying to make veggies more to his liking and making myself eat more protein, even using a whey supplement most days. We are doing better. I enjoy baking but don't do it often as I don't need the extra fats and calories. How have you changed the way you cook to better get on track for success?
