been tracking my food every day. Then for some reason I just forgot. 3 day's without tracking. Making this a priority and keep high on my list will be my challenge.

I'm a sporadic tracker, myself. I find that because I track (or have tracked in the past) that it has become a habit to look closer at what I want to eat and I manage my portions better now.

Even with sporadic tracking, it will form better habits for you, so stick with it and don't get discouraged!

You can do it and try to remember it takes 14 days to make a habit, good luck on your journey.
