day two sleep

they say it takes 21 days to create a habit so I only have 19 more to go
Day two success
TV off at 8:30 - yes did it before 9
computer off by 8:30 - yes did it
lights out at 10 - yes did it
woke up a couple of time during the night, but went back to sleep did not read, write or wander
Feeling good - looking for to the time this feels natural and normal - want to try the dim the lights at 9 routine

    Wonderful job! I have to be honest, I hate to sleep! I am greedy! I want to have more time to do other things! Yes, I know it sounds stupid but I have never slept well and rather stay up doing some art work or something. I am trying to work at getting more sleep. I am thrilled when I get 6 hours!! My husband is a great sleeper and he battles with me about my sleep all the time!! I need to work at this, you can inspire me!

    I need my sleep, 7 1/2 to 8 every night, otherwise, I just can hardly function, I try to be in bed at 8:00 or 9:30, and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to sleep, ( I have a fitbit, and it is pretty accurate as far as my sleeping, restless and awake is, not sure how ,
very important to get our sleep, so what ever works for you, I know the computer wires me, emoticon
