11. How often do you participate in physical activity and for how long each time? Are you satisfied with that?
My main goal is to workout 6 days a week… I am happy with 3 intense workouts and 3 not as intense workouts.

False. I like to be skillfully handled and cajoled. Pushing makes me rebel for the most part.

False. I hate to be pushed. I like for healthy habits to be established in my life as normal everyday occurrences. No pushing necessary.
