yes, leaving the computer out of my room is a lifesaver. So are natural sleep aids. I'd recommend anything with passionflower, kava kava, and melatonin to anyone suffering from insomnia. It's helped me these past few days. Although finals have me more stressed than ever, there is no PB in the house, which is a saving grace (I can't control myself around the stuff). I do hope my roommates don't buy it for a while! At least for three straight weeks (one down) to get it out of my system and kick the habit of eating it.
What do you guys do to avoid stress eating? Do you have one crutch food you rely on in trying times?
