Group's 18 Mile Run

Ran 13.1 miles at a 12:55 pace.
If that would have been my plan it would have been great, but my original plan was to run 16 miles. The group I run with ran 18 miles today. I got to 13.1 and since I'm planning to only run a half marathon this season it was hard to motivate myself to continue running. I did keep going to 15.06 miles but my average pace slowed to 13:04. Still happy with my run. My best pace this season of my life for a half marathon race was 13:43 on October 27 and my fastest long run pace for this season was 13:07.

    Great job. Gotta get to running again. Had some serious GI issues for a week which have made running more challenging. Since I'll be running the marathon in Jan and I am running the Sugarland 30 K next weekend I've got to get cracking again.
