I did my weekly weigh in today 12/05/13. I got a couple extra days added onto this week because I use to do weigh-ins on Tuesday and now it has moved to Thursday. This is the end of week 26, since I started my weighloss journey. I lost 3 lbs. It was my third week in Sustaining and eating all regular food. My total weight loss since I started 6/4/13 is now 156 pounds!!
