This should be my sleep journal, but I'm finally getting better sleep. I still get up and down for the restroom 4 to 6 times a night, but at least I'm going right back to sleep.
I'm actually starting to wonder if it's not my Kindle that is causing the insomnia problem. Right now I'm reading from a regular book and going to sleep just fine. Any comments are welcome and appreciated.
As for my eating and diet goals and accomplishments, I'm not sure that I'm doing that well. Last night I was so tired, I forgot my insulin, but I didn't snack so my BS was high, but not as bad as it was snacking.
I've decided that little steps might be for the best, so I'm working on a goal of "no snacking after dinner"! I'm really hoping that this will help me make a dent in my calorie count and my weight loss. I am a night snacker from boredom and often get carried away. I'm going to work on this one goal for now and let everything else go for now. Just take my meds and eat sensibly and working on not snacking after dinner.
