I'm going to try to blog every other day or as often as I can to keep my self on track so here it goes. this week has been much better than the past month still a long way to go but I'm getting their.

I tracked my food

I have cut back on tv slowly but surely.

I cut back on soda

Late snacking work in progress

eating breakfast work in progress.

so the week has been okay so now comes the weekend so I will try my best. everybody have a great weekend.

    Excellent, Julie! Cutting down on some things, up on others; small changes and steady progress are leading you where you want to be!! Way to go!!

Blogging DOES help, doesn't it?!! Something cathartic about putting it all down in words... and letting others know our thoughts, share their ideas!!

    I usually read all of your blogs. Did you slip into most of your old habits? I am stuck in a similar quandary, not so much in terms of the eating, but I am struggling to get back to the gym. When I don't go back to the gym, I make it a point to walk a lot and move, but I need to get back to regular exercise that I love so much. I only hopped on the bike once this week, so I'm starting with that. (Today, I'm resting because I had two intense days of working.) I guess it's all a learning curve. When I visit my sister, I hope to start walking for an hour each day and cleaning her house on a regular basis. I also do band work when I'm there because I have time. Anyway, you hang in there! Let me know how things go.

    Wow Jules, I am very pleased. You are learning how accountability keeps us on track. It is easy to lose your focus these days. There are many distrations and deterrants to keep you removed from the ultimate objective. I must say I have that down to a science or if you asked my DH he would say I am very predictable. It works for me and that is the important part!

    Good goals to work towards, and I am sure you will achieve them! Take it one day at a time, that is all you can do. I'm trying to be better about blogging regularly as well, it really *does* seem to help with staying on track!
