Helloooooo, it is NOT still Thanksgiving...

Today was one of those days when I "gave myself" to a piece of pumpkin pie...it wasn't that I had ten pieces, but it was just that general "oh whatever" one little piece won't hurt...it could have & it was foolish to make such a poor decision. I did not get any exercise in today, but for the most part, I did pretty well with the rest of my food decisions. I did not sleep well last night & had a difficult time getting to sleep, but I am hoping for a better night. we got about 5 in. of snow today so we are all hunkered down, waiting for the sun to shine. I really need to take some time tomorrow & reconnect w/so many of my SP friends. I certainly hope that all of you have a great & safe weekend. Take care...

    This has been a cycle of pounds since the holiday...up 2 down 4 ...up 3...and on and on..so I ignore the scale, exercise, work on eating well and keep Sparkin'!!! The food will not be there if I don't bring it back in (once it's gone). I work NOT to allow myself to be tempted. You'll get through this...keep the faith!!

    Janey, we all slip--it is only human. Just recognize it and go on. Moving around will help improve your mood--I know. Don't waste time beating yourself up, just smile and get in motion. ((HUGS)) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    So, you had trouble getting to sleep, you didn't sleep well, you didn't exercise and you went off your eating program. Sounds like the Holidays to me! LOL

Hope you resolve whatever is bothering you and your resolve to a healthier you gets stronger.
