Today was my weigh in day and I lost a total of.....4 pounds this week! I went from 201 to 197. This puts my total weight-loss at 71 pounds. I was completely shocked when I stepped on the scale and saw go down to 197. I have been doing very well at tracking all of my food, but honestly I have not exercised at all (it has probably been 3 months since I have last exercised). I guess this just goes to show you what eating well (and tracking what you eat) will do for you.
In other news, today my dad came down for a quick visit to deliver a bed frame he had been building for me. I love it so much and am so thankful to him. After he finished installing the bed frame we went out to eat and split a small 10 inch pizza. I didn't over indulge and it was nice to spend time with him.
Overall today was a good day. Hope you all have had a good day as well
