Goals Revisited

I've been off-track for a few weeks, especially with my nutrition. It seems like I lost motivation at the beginning of November and slowly went down from there. I just spent a week at my folks house and went crazy with the eating. It showed on my weigh-in this week. I see a pattern, as I tend to do really well with eating right and exercising for the first 4 or 5 months, then I get burned out and slip back into my old habits. I don't want that to happen again this time. I want to be successful! I want to be healthy! I want to eat right! I want to feel good about myself!

I need to put my goals back into writing. I hope this will help get my head back into the game.

1. Track all food daily
2. Drink 64 oz water daily
3. Exercise 5 days/wk for at least 30 minutes
4. Check in with my BLC23 team board daily
5. Limit white/starchy/sugary foods to 1 serving a day
6. Post a blog at least once a week

I signed up for the BLC24, so I hope the support will continue to motivate me for another 12 weeks.
