How often and for how long do I participate in physical activity? I do something most days. Most often it is walking 30-60 minutes. Sometimes, like yesterday, it is hitting the gym for strength training and elliptical. I should be working more and harder which leads to the next two questions.
Do I like to be pushed? Sometimes I do like being pushed, like to write these blogs. I decided to follow this three week challenge and almost immediately started falling behind. Trying not to stress, though. Same way with diet and exercise. I'm not doing nearly as well as I'd like, but I try to make some good choices each day.
Do I need to be pushed?
Well, given my above responses it would seem I do need to be pushed. Hmmm, wonder if I can start pushing myself a bit more consistently. One day, one decision at a time.
