Brazen Fit Abs 24 day challenge..

I found it on FB. I started it today. 5 crunches, 5 leg raises and a 10 second plank. Tomorrow, I'll do 8-8-12 respectively, and it progresses over the 24 days. I thought I would have a hard time with the leg raises, but it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. My abs need some work. I think it is time to give them the attention they need...

    very cool, I like trio workouts you can do most anywhere.

    I had one a friend of mine's trainer called the essentials for all women. I named it the Guin 3 after her. squats, push ups and crunches. the grand thing is you can begin with easy ones and work your way up to hard ones or add arm exercisese and weights with them!!

    Hi REL. I am glad you have found a go to exercise. That is great.
    My DDIL is hospitalised and now she has a colostomy. I really love her she has had so many health issues and mostly her issues are pain related. I talked to her for a while and I just wanted to hug her. Her folks have not contacted her in a long time. She has been very good to me.
    I wish we could drive over but DH and I both have eye issues so we have to stay in Maine. The New Hampshire and Vermont mountains are often very icy roads where we go round the many lakes in the North country. HUGS Pat in Maine.
