So I apologize, these blogs might get annoying to some but I have to keep myself accountable and felt this is the best way.
Day 4 of 25 days of Barre3 comes after a night at the A$ap Ferg show here in DC...my body is so sore from the jumping, and general mosh pit type night I had. IT WAS AMAZING and I'd do it all over again!

10min x3 = 30 minutes
Restorative stretch was super necessary as my legs were still feeling the workout from day 2 and the concert. On the other hand my core is on FIRE after 3 days of core so tomorrow is gonna have to be a leg day
