I have decided on my goal: I will find some way to be active/move my body for 10 minutes each day. It's a small goal, but an important one. Spark Guy says that even 10 minutes of exercise are important.
In other news, I just plugged what I ate so far today into the tracker and it felt really good to be taking this seriously again. Like I said earlier, I will be without internet this weekend, as well as for a week around Christmastime, which will be challenging but I can still do these things and add them after the fact.
Edit: I just joined the Unofficial Sparkpeople Walking Challenge and made a goal to walk 250,000 steps this month. I'm already almost at 30,000
