Yesterday was a good pain day with only mild pain and achiness. Today appears to be another good one. Don't ask me what triggers a good day, though! I've kept long diaries of my days and there don't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it all. I sort of expected today to be bad. There was a lot of stress in the evening - I had a lot to juggle with kids plus trying to deal with preparations for extreme cold this weekend, my husband didn't get home from work until midnight due to a 15 hour work day, and since I stayed up to wait for him and to talk to him a bit, I didn't get to bed until pretty late. But. . . lo and behold, I feel pretty good!
Habits - Day 33:
Monitor blood sugar and blood pressure
Digestive Enzymes for breakfast
Keep living room clean
No rice - Eek. I almost broke this one by accident. I was at the grocery store and they had my favorite sushi in the deli. I picked some up. Fortunately I remembered that sushi has rice before I absentmindedly ate it! I guess my husband gets a special treat tonight. . .
