Hello Spark friends,
During, the year I have done a variety of personal challenges. Well, I wanted to set another for my birthday month, and that was to do 400 miles in 30 days. Well, for starters I was 41.71 miles short of my goal. There, were a few days that was challenging, and I needed sleep more. In the meantime, these are the things that I did achieve during my challenge in 30 days. I did 326,100 steps, 3,691 fitness minutes, and completed 358.29 miles. Well, not bad and I'll take those results. New challenges here I come in 2014!
