Down 11lbs in 3 weeks. I'm super excited about this!
I'm doing good at the gym, I'm even starting to run for a few minutes at a time on the treadmill, it's amazing how quickly I am seeing results.
I also signed up for another 5k, this one is on Jan 1st. I know it's going to be really cold, but I can't wait to see how much faster I can do this one compared to the Turkey Trot! oh and I really want to start collecting 5k shirts, so this is going to help with that goal!
